1. Who we are

The Rebuild is provided by Muhammed Salem Abdo, trading as Tijarah Academy (Muhammed Al-Qashaymi, @qashceo), United Kingdom.

2. The programme

A 45-day small-group coaching programme, delivered online via group calls and WhatsApp. The start date is set once the cohort is full.

3. Payment

Paid in full via Stripe in GBP. Add-ons are optional.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of paying, as long as the programme has not started. If you ask for it to start within those 14 days, you will be refunded minus a fair amount for what has already been delivered. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Under UK consumer law you may have a 14-day right to cancel services bought online. If you ask for the programme to start within those 14 days, you may be charged for any part already provided.

5. Digital products (Rebuild Toolkit)

The Toolkit is digital content sent to you after purchase. By buying it you agree to receive it straight away, and you lose the right to cancel once it has been sent.

6. 1:1 Rebuild Session

Booked after purchase. Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. If you miss your session without 24 hours' notice, it counts as used.

7. Your commitment

Results depend on your own effort and execution.

8. Testimonials

We may ask for one. You can say no, and nothing is published without your permission.

9. Conduct

Respectful behaviour is expected in calls and the group. We can remove anyone abusive, with no refund.

10. Intellectual property

Materials are for personal use only. Don't share or resell them.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits your rights under UK law.

12. Governing law

England and Wales.

13. Programme pauses

The programme pauses from 15 to 23 November 2026 for Umrah. These days do not count towards the 45 days.
